Silverlit rc airplanes x-tiwn x-planeSilverlit indoor and outdoor X-Twin mini r/c airplanes less then 22 grams !

U p d a t e 18-7-2006 Flew them, with to much :-)  3-4 Bft = 4-6 meter per second. Pfweew did not lost one.
The green 'jet' has littler wing surface then te blue plane and also less bended head-wing. So the blue plane started at the football field where i was, and ended in minute or 2 on other end. RC IS fysical sport :-)
The green one has also a bit more motor direction of fuselage then the blue one and so steers more direct and better.
I was able to keep the green jet longer en more closer before landing. Becasue of speed, against wind a made a looping or
2 ;-)

Both rc planes fly and steer very well. The blue one is slower and better for indoor, the green one is more suitable for outdside flying.

22 grams of proportional gas, vector steerd flying power fun :-) with 1 little built in LI-POly accu, loads in the field on r/c transmitter, which carries 6 AA penlites batteries. (Or 6 x 2500 mah GP accu's like we use)
According to manual up to >10 minutes of flying time on one charge.

The de luxe set came with 1 sender witch is charger as well,  2 planes (turbo fury and sports flyer!)
Sender is charger, 2 planes with built in LIPO accus. 2 electric motors steer by vector, and REAL proportional 'gas' controle.
While the bigger Syma has full- or no
throttle at all.

Also the silverlit formerly(?) and also?) known as Syma
airlifter planes glide much better and longer, less 'verticall stall' then the small silverlit x-twins. So this could be in a test review when both types of planes are put on and compared to each other... and there we are :-)  We also have a silverlit airlifter now and these are the diffrences:
Syma: other rc tx, gas is on OR off, so allways full throttle, 8 AA transmitter, no trim, big propellers, steers real well, also capable of steering with no gas on. L and R are the gas then. That is great for windy days, you can use it like a kite, staying in place against wind! :-)) Dont go to high then, or it will become a physical hobby :-)
Silverlit: autobreak for propellors, On, 5 stages to full throttle, other motor plastic mold motor model.(shorter)
Has the same r/c 6 AA battery transmitter with trim as it comes with the x-wings. (aka aero hog) BUT the one we have has to be 'trimed' to full left, and still preffers right....

The blue sport-flyer has great gliding capacity, more then the faster green  'jet'

Sports Flyer, great glider for indoor or little to no wind, motors almost look straight and parallel backwards. Does pump a lot :-(   Up, down, up, down, so there must be some weight added, later more on this.

Turbo Fury, faster, better outdoor steering power due to more angle from fuselage placed motors, extra canard wings on nose.

The bigger (85 grams) brother with same remote controle / charger system, from Syma, and 8 AA battery sender / charger.

The set we bought, well, we did not read to well. We hoped for 2 planes en 2 controle's.
But we reed wrong, and so it is 1 sender, 2 planes, different planes. A 'Jet' with 3, yes three, wings 1 extra on the nose. On photo you see the front. So not 2 (or 4) but 3 (or 6) wings !
